The landscape companies booking the most estimates from Instagram aren't posting daily. Here's the 3-post weekly rhythm that actually converts.
The landscape companies booking the most estimates from Instagram aren't posting daily. They're posting three times a week — in the same order, every week — and outbooking the daily-posters by a wide margin. More posts is not more growth. Intent is.
The rhythm
- Authority post (Monday) — an authority hook that proves you understand a problem the homeowner is afraid of.
- Proof post (Wednesday) — a project, before-and-after, or testimonial that demonstrates the standard you just claimed.
- Invitation post (Friday) — a low-friction CTA: a free guide, an estimate request, or a calendar link.
Why three is the right number
Three posts a week is enough to compound (the algorithm sees you as active), low enough to be sustainable (you'll still be doing it in 12 weeks), and structured enough to actually drive a sales conversation. Daily posting feels productive but rarely converts.
What to do before you can post like this
You need a content board with tagged photos and a library of authority hooks. Without those, the Monday post will eat your whole week.
